    Licence suspension appeal

    We recently acted for a Provisional Licence Holder who had committed a number of speeding offences, incurring a demerit points suspension. On appeal, and through extensive work in presenting his side of the story including his need for a licence, the suspension was allowed, which meant he was back on the road that day.

    High range drink driving

    Drink Driving, Traffic law
    Reading of 0.207 with multiple aggravating features. We recently acted for a client who had a collision with two motor vehicles, and with a significantly elevated blood alcohol reading of 0.207. There were a number of aggravating features and a custodial sentence was on the cards.
